5.2 General Bonus Terms

• A user may receive the welcome bonus only once.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — winnings earned from a bonus can only be withdrawn after the specified wagering requirement has been met.
• The wagering requirement must be completed within 30 days of receiving the bonus.
• Bets placed on certain games may carry a different weight towards the wagering requirement.
• If bd bijli finds evidence of bonus abuse, it reserves the right to cancel the bonus and any associated winnings.

5.3 Other Promotions

The outcome of bets in live casino and slot games is determined by the game software's Random Number Generator (RNG). Any attempt to influence or manipulate the outcome of a game is strictly prohibited.

6.4 Betting Limits

7. VIP Program

bd bijli's VIP program has four tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, and Platinum. Each tier receives a weekly cashback, which is a fixed percentage of that week's net losses.

• Bronze: up to 0.4% weekly cashback
• Silver: up to 0.8% weekly cashback
• Gold: up to 1.1% weekly cashback
• Platinum: up to 1.5% weekly cashback

Cashback is calculated on the net loss figure arrived at by subtracting total winnings from total losses for the week. For example: if a Gold tier member's net loss for the week is ৳20,000, they will receive ৳20,000 × 1.1% = ৳220 cashback. Cashback is credited to the account every Monday at a set time.

Moving up a VIP tier depends on consistent active play over time. bd bijli reserves the right to review and change the VIP program terms at any time.

8. Prohibited Activities

Involvement in any of the following activities will result in immediate account closure and may lead to legal action:

• Opening an account or conducting transactions using fraud or false information.
• Bonus abuse — using multiple accounts or coordinated bets with the intent to exploit the bonus system.
• Placing bets using automated bots, software, or scripts.
• Money laundering or any illegal transaction.
• Attempting to hack or manipulate the game software.
• Threatening other users or attempting to damage the reputation of the platform.

9. Account Closure and Suspension

9.1 Closure by bd bijli

In cases of Terms violation, suspected fraud, or failure to complete KYC verification, bd bijli may suspend or cancel any account without prior notice.

9.2 Closure by the User

9.3 Remaining Balance

If there is a valid balance at the time of account closure and the reason is not a Terms violation, arrangements will be made to return that amount via the registered method.
